I never claimed to be normal

Random neurodivergent expression

Boo. It’s me. ๐Ÿ‘ป

My name is Cindy. I am 34 years old and neurodivergent. These blogs are just who I am and what I am feeling at the current time they are posted or random things I enjoy. Some deep, some not. If you read them I thank you for taking the time out of your life to listen. Some people donโ€™t care enough to try to understand others, and it says something about you that you are trying.

This week I was able to come out of this cloud of sadness and stress again and enjoy a lot of things. Here are some things that made me feel good this week:

๐ŸŽฎ Enjoying the new Pokemon game
๐ŸŽฅ Making progress in learning more about making and recording videos
๐Ÿ“บ Uploaded my first YouTube video on my new channel
๐Ÿ’ฌ Support from kind people
๐Ÿซ Made a couple new simple fudge recipes โ€” pumpkin fudge and Reeseโ€™s peanut butter fudge
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Advocated for myself in a few ways
๐Ÿƒ Started to accept certain uncomfortable truths which were difficult for me and feel a bit lighter doing so
๐Ÿฉบ Got a doctorโ€™s appointment done with that I was putting off for a long time
๐ŸŽจ Started learning about making things out of clay in art class
๐Ÿ˜บ Got a really cute one-of-a-kind cat mask for my Halloween costume, handmade by my friend who is a talented artist
๐ŸŽค Saw some talented performers at open mic night

I am glad to have some more mellow moments this week and relaxation time. My life is busier than it used to be and it feels like it’s easier to get overstimulated by all of it. Focusing on some relaxing hobbies and the nice people in my life has really helped me a lot to stay grounded lately.

As it is my birthday week next week, my goal is to have more relaxation and self care time. ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿชท
